Alicia Fairclough has an entrepreneurial spirit that served her well as EA to the CEO of a number of tech startups. Her career spans stints in travel, government, legal and technology. She has two unused bachelors degrees that have nothing to do with her EA career and she spent a couple of years working on cruise ships. 

As the Founder of EA How To, Alicia uses her passion for teaching and content creation to help EAs at various stages of their career. 

Alicia's ideal mentee is someone early in their EA career, looking to enhance their skills and build their profile or someone looking for advice on building a community and/or business.

Yvette Pearson

Business Operations Consultant 

Yvette specialises in Business Operations, having transitioned from being an EA into Ops.

She's worked at both large and small companies, so fully understands the nuances of both. She would be ideally suited to someone who already has an interest in data and/or processes and is looking to take their career in a Sales Operations, Revenue Operations or even COO direction.

Yvette has worked extensively within Financial Services, and went on to run the Commercial Operations for a high growth Aerospace company. She started her career as an EA and Office Manager which she did for 15 years. Yvette is also the founder and editor of The Admin Wrap - a weekly newsletter for administrative professionals.

Zoe Hill

Founder, Premium Admin Services

Zoe Hill is an experienced Executive Assistant with 17 years under her belt within the administration business.

Never knowing what she wanted to be when “she grew up” she found passion and drive within the EA role. Conducting 3 years as an assistant in a school, 12 years in a large corporation where she also managed a team of 40 EAs, she then took a change of direction and moved into a Chief of Staff role for 1.5 years.

Now, running her own business, Premier Admin Services, she is focused on giving back to the admin community and providing the support and guidance to those who need that little push in the right direction.
